Centerbridge Partners, L.P. (“Centerbridge”) and Solidus Solutions (“Solidus” or “the company”) are pleased to announce that funds advised by Centerbridge have successfully completed the acquisition of Solidus from AURELIUS Equity Opportunities SE & Co. KGaA on 5 September 2019.

Announced on 28 June 2019, the transaction has been completed following the fulfilment of all customary regulatory requirements. Centerbridge is a private investment management firm and dedicated to partnering with world-class management teams across targeted industry sectors and geographies to help companies achieve their operating and financial objectives. The firm was founded in 2005 and as of June 30, 2019 has approximately $27 billion in capital under management with offices in New York and London. Centerbridge, across its private equity, credit and real estate strategies, has made seven investments out of its London office in 2019 to date including Solidus.
